We recommend beginning the planning process 4–6 months in advance. For international retreats, additional time ensures smoother travel and vendor coordination.

Yes. In addition to wellness and private retreats, I also design and manage corporate retreats that blend professional development with intentional space for connection, rest, and inspiration.

In keeping with industry best practices, our event management fees are typically 12–18% of the total event investment.

Yes! While I’m based in California, I plan and manage dinners throughout North America. For events outside of California, I do require a minimum of 6-months lead time to ensure every detail is seamlessly coordinated.

We curate retreats of all sizes, from intimate groups of 8–12 to larger gatherings of 50+. Our goal is to scale the experience to fit the heart of your vision.
